Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming and confusing expression from the receptionist. I explained what I needed, but she didn’t respond initially and continued to look at me in a way that felt dismissive and unclear. Lauren was an absolute delight to work with. She took care of everything for setting my husband up with his CPAP machine. She handled everything perfectly and she never skipped a beat. Great customer service all the way around. Would definitely recommend
Don’t ever use this medical supplier. They will authorize supplies without your consent because they need to meet quota every month. And they have very rude customer service too!! Don’t do business with them!!!!
Joseline in particular has a very dry attitude.
My daughter has just recently went back to work at this location. My daughter had previously work at the Conroe branch from June 2018 until April 2021 and now she is back working at this location as of Thanksgiving 2021. I am very confident that the customer service for ordering medical supplies and scheduling delivery will be much better for their customers..
