If you're looking for x-rays, Imaging is in building D. We entered the building on the south east corner, and once inside, it's close to the entrance and DLO lab center.
The procedure isn’t so bad itself. But this place is horrible about answering their phones. Called many different times to work a payment process. When I finally did get a hold of them to make an arrangement, I paid the first installment. When I called to make the second and final payment Per the agreement date they had either already sold it or had someone who didn’t know how to work the system. I have utilized this facility 3 this facility in the last 3 months, due to my preference, for the CONSISTENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My insurance company will call and schedule your test for you after it’s authorized. As a rule, they choose the facility closest to your home.. The people who are doing this are in a different state. Immediately, I tell them I know that Medical Plaza Imaging is not as close to my home, but the Service is superb and personable from the Valet service, to the front line receptionist, and the... read more
