Excellent service.
Doctor was very friendly and the ears came out perfect :) very professional
Staff are very abrupt and cold. Very little information was provided on the aftercare and products sold are extremely overpriced. The entire procedure felt rushed and flat. Would not recommend just based on the lack of warmth and courteousness, which you can 100% find elsewhere.
I love the place and the kindness 💕 it is professional
