PLEASE do not bring your babies to this clinic. I had read some of the bad reviews but chose to still give this place a try. Bad idea! Dr. Uche Nwadike was very unprofessional and rude! What others have said is very true. The place is crowded, busy, and the not clean. I brought my 3 month old in for her ear piercings and it was such a terrible experience. I took my 9-month-old to get her ears pierced, and it turned out to be an absolutely awful experience. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:00, but the nurse only came in at 12:05 to apply the numbing cream and told us to wait 15 minutes for it to take effect. However, the doctor didn’t show up until 1:10—over an hour later. By then, my baby was understandably upset and uncomfortable. Drove 30 minutes to come to my appointment to be surprised that they run out of the gold titanium ear stud. I specifically asked them if they have and they confirmed that they have before I came to my appointment. Until it was time to get my baby pierce they are telling me they run out of stock. Don't bother to come there.
My 8 month old daughter got her ears piereced here. Apart from the clinic being so crowded, the service was good. Staff were very polite and professional, my daughter didn't had any infection after the procedure.
Update: I apologize for the mistakenly raising red flag. We have taken medical services from their wing: Central Streeth North Medical Centre but in our statement we saw Calgary Piercing. So I got confused. The have contacted us immediately and I am removing the negative Review.
