I had a profoundly troubling experience with Dr. Erin Bider. In my view, she demonstrated a lack of clinical objectivity and made statements under oath that ignored clear and present safety concerns involving a newborn. Her judgment and recommendations were, in my opinion, reckless and biased. KU Psychiatry unfortunately has a poor reputation among many professionals in the Kansas City area, and my experience supports that reputation. I would caution anyone seeking high-quality, ethical psychiatric care to look elsewhere.
I would give this a zero if it allowed. If you have a truck, don't bother coming here. There is one floor of parking, which is half handicap parking, that has above a 7ft clearance. It took me 45 minutes to get a spot
Don't go here unless you have a morning appointment. Providers should be held accountable with showing up on time just as much as the patients. Its ridiculous to be told to show up 15 minutes early just for the provider to be an hour late.
