I completely understand and expect a bit of a wait when attending an appointment, but after waiting almost 2 hours, I was a bit disgusted to have this gentleman who was supposed to be my new primary care doctor give me one of the most rushed and impatient experiences I've ever experienced in a medical facility. I could barely get out all of the issues I have been experiencing over the last few years before he was already planning and writing out the date of the next visit and getting me out of the room. The workers are very professional while also being personable. They have accurately and adequately treated my needs while helping to continue to keep me healthy. Previous bad reviews must be from the previous personnel from years ago because they do not describe the people I meet there.
Can never reach anyone when you call. Also waited over a half hour our scheduled time on zoom for the doctor.
