I’ve been seeing a cardiologist through them for a workmans comp related injury. My last bill in February was not paid and is currently being disputed by the carrier and my attorney. He was perfectly acceptable as long as all my husband needed was an annual physical or a sick visit; when he began to have chronic issues....well, that was a different story. Liars and Thieves - If you over pay, they will not refund your money back, They will mix your account with other people that and Dr / Providers under the Affinity Health Group umbrella. Take money from one account and apply it to a totally unrelated account. BEWARE
