I have always had a great experience with Dr. Steimbrecher and her staff. She’s always been very thorough at each appointment and shows she really cares about her patients. I have never usually had a hard time getting through to them on the phone - but when I do, I am contacted back within 1-2 days!!

0 stars from me for this so called Doctor. I was so excited to have a female doctor, but the sec time I went to see her she was so increadably rude too me. It took allot for me not to say anything back to her, I just told front desk staff I wont be comming back. Horrable doctor

This doctor’s office has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The doctor herself comes across as cold, dismissive, and rushed, patients are treated more like numbers on an assembly line than actual people needing care and compassion. Appointments feel hurried, concerns are brushed aside, and there is very little sense of empathy or professionalism. The reception staff only make the experience worse. Our biggest issue is the reception that works for doctor stinebrecker. The woman is rude. She doesn’t manage the office well. She can’t even manage answering phones. Doesn’t call back voicemails. We got referred to a sleep clinic that all they want to do is sell to you. A c-pap that no one needs. So now we are still stuck with no medical diagnosis. So currently we continue to suffer.
