Our biggest issue is the reception that works for doctor stinebrecker. The woman is rude. She doesn’t manage the office well. She can’t even manage answering phones. Doesn’t call back voicemails. We got referred to a sleep clinic that all they want to do is sell to you. A c-pap that no one needs. So now we are still stuck with no medical diagnosis. So currently we continue to suffer. I have had several negative experiences with the office staff. Initially there was one secretary, and now there are two. I called the office every day for two weeks to schedule an appointment for a prescription refill and left multiple messages. I did not receive a return call until two weeks later. By that time, I had run out of my medication and was informed that it would cost twenty five dollars for the refill. I expressed my frustration, as my calls had gone unanswered for weeks. "I had a terrible experience with Dr. Steimbrecher. She was rude, dismissive, and condescending. I left feeling completely unheard and disrespected. There are also multiple signs around the office about not tolerating bullying or harassment—something I’ve never seen in a medical office before—which felt ironic given how I was treated. Very unprofessional experience."
