I LOVE Dr. Elias Ntsoane but some of his office staff has led me to seek another Neurologist. Upon arrival for first visit, I had to stand my ground that I had met my out of pocket maximum for the year and it was finally proven I was right. I have no issue with the $25 charge for medical forms; however, when that is reiterated multiple times in one phone call, left in the voicemail and again upon arrival to the receptionist to make sure it is collected-that is overkill. My wife called about appointment details and the receptionist was horrible! Don't worry about trying to explain your situation because she will cut you off like your health has no importance then she will hang up on you. Called back because my wife didn't get any of the information she asked then gets "disconnected" again. On a scale of 1 to 10, their professionalism ranks at -10.
