My wife called about appointment details and the receptionist was horrible! Don't worry about trying to explain your situation because she will cut you off like your health has no importance then she will hang up on you. Called back because my wife didn't get any of the information she asked then gets "disconnected" again. On a scale of 1 to 10, their professionalism ranks at -10.
