I have had nothing but problems with this company. When I first received my c-pap, unbeknownst to me, the clinician cobbled together different masks, hoses, and cords from various machines and sent me on my way. When it came time to reorder my supplies, nothing fit together. Great and quick service
This company needs to learn excellence and customer service. I always cringe when I have to talk to them, because I'll be waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes to an hour and a half. How do they run a company like this? I hope they treat their patients better than they treat the healthcare staff supporting patients.
They never answer the phone. They never do what they say they are going to do.
