Definitely does not deserve (1) star. This place has 0 integrity. I had a walking cane prescribed to me by my doctor and called two days ago and was told they would deliver the cane to me today. I called this morning because I had things that that I had to do and was told that no driver was assigned to deliver the cane. The woman then goes on to tell me that normally when that happens that they are not planning on delivering it. I have had nothing but problems with this company. When I first received my c-pap, unbeknownst to me, the clinician cobbled together different masks, hoses, and cords from various machines and sent me on my way. When it came time to reorder my supplies, nothing fit together. It took months and two office visits to get the correct items and an actual machine, head pieces, etc. I’ve had appointments cancelled without notification after driving for nearly 50 minutes to their office. This company needs to learn excellence and customer service. I always cringe when I have to talk to them, because I'll be waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes to an hour and a half. How do they run a company like this? I hope they treat their patients better than they treat the healthcare staff supporting patients.
