I have worked with medical necessities for a week now trying to get a wheelchair. My Orthopedic has gone beyond the call of duty when I called the number I talked to different people must be a call center or AI. They did not put forth any effort to make this happen poor Service poor Customer Service they do not keep in touch and let you know where they are in the process of trying to get an item you need I needed a wheelchair. Definitely does not deserve (1) star. This place has 0 integrity. I had a walking cane prescribed to me by my doctor and called two days ago and was told they would deliver the cane to me today. I called this morning because I had things that that I had to do and was told that no driver was assigned to deliver the cane. The woman then goes on to tell me that normally when that happens that they are not planning on delivering it. I have had nothing but problems with this company. When I first received my c-pap, unbeknownst to me, the clinician cobbled together different masks, hoses, and cords from various machines and sent me on my way. When it came time to reorder my supplies, nothing fit together. It took months and two office visits to get the correct items and an actual machine, head pieces, etc. I’ve had appointments cancelled without notification after driving for nearly 50 minutes to their office.
