You guys denied my mom care that would have saved her life. She was paying hundreds and hundreds a month for your services and you guys failed her and her death is on YOUR hands!!!! Anyone working for this company and empowering it should ALL be ashamed of themselves. She had a level to cortex injury! I have been a Medical Mutual customer for almost half of my 74 years. I have never had a problem until several weeks ago. I had a situation where my electronic monthly payment from my bank did not end up in my Med Mutual account. This was set up as ongoing auto-pay for a long time from my bank. Abby Mehl and her team found the payment and had me back on schedule very quickly! Thank you, Abby and the Resolution team at Medical Mutual! I’m a lifelong customer for sure!
Medical Mutual and Express Scripts are affiliated. Express scripts blames Medical mutual on the criteria for claims on pharmaceutical. After being on a prescription for over a year and my doctor following all protocol needed I became denied five times because Express Scripts won’t contact directly. Hours I’ve spent!!!! They blame it on Medical Mutual and processes but actually it’s both! Worse coverage imaginable and I’m not really sick. I think these places want you to die. It’s cheaper!
Absolutely garage. Zero stars would be more accurate. They should change their name to Denied Mutual.
