Patient at this practice for over 5years. Refused to advise me of my own Medicare number when I was sitting in front of another doctor. Regardless of them providing this to me multiple times. Nurse Jane is ABSOLUTELY unhelpful. Without Jim this place is a joke

I'd really like to say a big thank you to Medical Matters. The Doctors and reception team always go out of their way to look after me and my family. I especially want to thank Dr. Caroline. She has always gone out of her way to help me not matter what the issue is - the best Doctor I've had, by far. Thank you Dr. Caroline for your continuous help and support. If you are struggling to find the right Doctor for you and your family, give these guys a go. You won't regret it.
