All the doctors I have seen here are amazing. They go above and beyond to find the answers as to what’s wrong. Definitely recommend Dr Mark, he will always do as much as he can. I’ve also seen Dr Matthew who is great as well.
I went in at 12pm today for my appointment, and I have never been so humiliated. The two ladies at reception spent 5 minutes quizzing me about how I did not confirm my appointment. When I showed them the SMS I received and sent to confirm it, they didn’t apologise, they were rude and obnoxious. I understand mistakes happen but their attitude was deplorable. Excellent staff and doctors. I see two different doctors both are great.
I have been coming here since my daughter was born and for myself. A great family practise with very kind staff, doctors and nurses. I want to shout out the receptionist I think going by the name Jennie. She is very understanding when I had forgotten my pensioners card letting me send her a photo when I got home which is so helpful as a new mum who is pretty stressed and forgetful at times and I really enjoyed talking with her while I waited for my appointment as well. Overall five stars all around
