Seen Dr Jim for a skin check and he was very thorough. Kind and caring staff. The ladies on the front desk go out of their way to help. Never had a bad experience. This is my go to Clinic. highly recommend.
My recent experience at this practice was extremely disappointing. We’ve been patients at this practice for over five years, but the recent handling of a simple vaccination was appalling. We have been visiting this practice since we had our first child almost 3 years ago. Visiting a GP with a baby/toddler is a stressful experience but they always go out of their way to make it easy for me. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and always remember my son and I. The nurses are amazing and very accommodating. The doctors are attentive and show a lot of compassion. I would highly recommend this practice for any families in the area, especially Dr Kannapiran, she is fantastic.
The team at Medical Mattters are amazing! The moment you step through the door Wendy & Nat will greet you with a huge smile & such friendliness, Jane & Meg will take care of you if you need a nurse & all of the drs here are incredibly knowledgeable & brilliant at caring for their patients. When youre feeling your worst, they'll ensure you walk out feeling much better
All doctors are extremely knowledgeable and most are curious enough to investigate the hard diagnoses. Been attending since opening and have a fantastic and professional relationship with a few chosen doctors.
