Went to Mei due to an ongoing pain in my arm. I had visited MD specialists for neck, should and hand who all told me I had issues that would need surgery at some point. I tried the shots and a chiropractor and they helped temporarily but the pain would always return. Finally I decided to try medical massage vs. moving forward with any surgeries. Mei is great! She listens to what I tell her is bothering me, but she also finds problem areas I didn’t even realize were contributing. She figures out what’s going on and adjusts what she’s doing to address the issue instead of repeating the same routine every time. She also spends time educating me on how to help myself with better sleeping positions and stretches. I have been dealing with neck pain for almost year. At one point I was taking ibuprofen twice a day for 2 months plus muscle relaxers at night. After 2 sessions I was able to go over a week without any medication thanks to Mei!!!
