1st time experience was great, got approved paid fee got card from Pa. State no issue , but renewal not so nice , paid fee saw Dr. got approved again by Dr. ,but when I payed my fee again I asked if this was total fee I was told yes and my card should arrive in 10 to 14 days but after it didn't arrive I called to see if there was an issue was told by SANCTUARY that I suddenly have to pay the State of PA. a separate fee after being told I had paid all necessary fees.
