Jose was awesome. Store is beautiful.
Generally I love coming to this shop. Today was different. The point of sales system they just started has ruined my experience. They are rounding up $10 on the credit card machine to process card payments. That is more than any other shop I’ve ever seen! Sure we get change back but if I don’t have an additional $10 on a that particular card then I’m out of luck. The employees are stressed having to explain things to customers. 10/10 Everytime! The service, the recommendations, the staff- ALWAYS top tier!
This was a very low traffic dispensary and I placed a preorder 40 minutes prior that was not filled. They had 4 bud tenders and no one was attending to the online orders. With two walk-ins and 3 online order customers waiting and being called up 1 at a time was just mind blowing. The service was okay and no apology for the long wait on the preorder with maybe 5 people total in store.
