Medical Lake Veterinary Hospital exhibits outstanding customer service and care. The platform for booking our first visit was seamless, and the gals at the front desk were so kind. The initial exam was thourough and Jenissa and Dr. Crose were extremely friendly and made the experience great. They went above and beyond to help our family out and I could not have asked for anything better. I know this field can be incredibly challenging, but the staff at this clinic deserve so much recognition for their hard work.
We’ve had a great experience here! They’ve been so caring and thorough while helping us figure out what’s going on with our kitten. We really appreciate how much time and effort they’ve put into finding answers and making sure she’s okay.
Timely, professional, I felt like Dr went out of her way to examine my horse even though it didn’t want to cooperate 😉
Great service and very friendly. We recently switched vets and we could not be more happy with that decision. Very happy with Medical Lake Hospital.
