We were at the Lab again! Thankfully Trina was in charge. She is always so pleasant and kind. This time she was at the front desk and taking blood. But even as busy as she was doing two jobs, she was still kind and handled her job with a smile. We like to go to this lab because of Trina . Who doesn’t want to walk in and see a smiling face!
Very professional and had good experience
I am writing this review to commend Rina, a phlebotomist at the Mary Washington Healthcare laboratory for Women's Services. On every visit, Rina has been the one to check me in and draw my blood, and I am consistently impressed by her professionalism and pleasant demeanor. I've always been nervous about getting my blood drawn, but Rina makes the experience so much better. She's not only excellent at her job but also incredibly personable.
