After a blood draw at another location, it was recommended I head over to this location for the remainder of my blood work that needed to be done. They have beds. 🤪 Shevan was my phlebotomist and was amazing from the rip. She talked me through the process for the blood draws to better understand why so many were needed. She prepped a bed for me and distracted me while filling the tubes. My husband came with me and his cane corso personality wasn’t anything she couldn’t handle. I have high anxiety when doing blood work as a Clinician who understands deescalation. However, Angela the Phlebotomist made it so easy…and painless…while her Motown music was jamming in the background. First time I didn’t cry. Thank you Angela. 🫶🏽
