It’s in a convenient location, staff are friendly as well as efficient.
This place is just awful. The people here are always rude, Rachel for sure is THE WORSE! Always condescending and want to argue with you. One day they accept your insurance, the next day they don't, the next they will...literally depends on who is working and if they like you. I've had to call multiple times as well as my insurance and on the phone it's never an issue but in person they treat you like trash, like you are a burden to them. How dare anyone question them. I am happy to leave this review. The ladies that worked together while they did my daughters blood work today were wonderful. They were so wonderful that she didn’t even shed a tear! I wish I knew their names, but I will be back in the future!
Top notch service and care. I've used the factility about a dozen times for my mother and I and we've been in and out in less than 10 minutes everytime. They've never needed to jab either of us more than once to draw blood and they've been very pleasant and professional. That's especially important for mom, who's in her 90's. Sadly, insurance decided we can't use this facility anymore. We have to go to Labcorp or Quest and they're both terrible. Makes me appreciate this lab even more.
Took my 17 month old for a repeat lab and had the best experience we’ve had so far. Knew exactly what they were doing and made it as quick as possible for my girl. We will be going here from now on.
