Absolutely the best medical lab experience I’ve ever had! The staff were professional, friendly, and caring. I especially want to thank Zahra, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and gentle while taking blood from my 2-year-old. Her expertise, patience, and confidence made the whole experience so easy and comfortable for my child that they didn’t cry at all! I was truly impressed by how professionally she handled everything. Jefferson location should be open everyday Mon to Fri. Very inconvenient to be “Closed until further notice”. What kind of business is this? I’ll go elsewhere!
Good speed, patients, kindness, politeness, and manners. Just wish they would believe me more when I say my veins are bad. she had skill and after digging around she got my blood. Not as painful as others. I was happy and quite pleased over all. Did not do what others do often "Oh let me just try your hand anyway".
Finally, I found a very good lab. This lady did my blood work yesterday, it was painless and quick, no wait time at all. My family is definitely using this lab in future!
