Disorganized not clean
I went for my blood work this morning and had a very positive experience. The technician, Ameria, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which helped me feel at ease right away. She handled the entire process with great care and professionalism, making it smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate her excellent service.
I want to especially highlight Manriya for the amazing service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire blood sample process very comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone so kind and welcoming—she truly made a big difference in my experience.
The wait times at this place are never accurate, and the whole process feels very unorganized. After waiting even longer than expected, they finally told me I couldn’t have the test because the doctor signed the wrong date—2025 instead of 2026. It makes no sense, because that would mean the doctor printed the test in 2025 for 2026 because it clearly showed when the lab test was printed.
