Very friendly and professional staff. Judy did a wonderful job drawing my blood and was very kind and personable. Office is always clean and well organized
The local staff is quick and efficient vampires. Now their head office doesn't know how to operate a fax machine, that is for sure. But other than that, the nurses are awesome here. Would get my blood sucked again.
My daughter did a factor V leiden test, we have waited almost 2 months for results. NO ONE from med labs has returned a call and no results have been provided. It should not take 2 months to get test results. Why has this taken so long? Very disappointing. My daughter who is young and not able to get her results in a reasonable time shows a lack to healthcare.
I have been using this lab for 5 years with no issues, However for some reason my Doctor is no longer getting my reports electronically and has to go into the system to look them up. This caused a major delay in getting my diabetic and blood pressure meds. last month and apparently I'm not the only one of his patients affected. Will be trying Life labs next time I need blood work.
The front desk experience at Medical Labs of Windsor in Leamington was disappointing. The receptionist was short, abrupt, and not friendly at all. First impressions matter in healthcare, and being greeted with such an unfriendly attitude does not make patients feel comfortable or cared for.
