On two separate occasions the lab lost my samples, both times for different labs, never going back to this location.

They called 4 times to say they were coming to Amica to get my clients blood work done. 4 times they did not show up. They called a month later to schedule another visit only to find out they don’t do visits here anymore. Had their staff been trained properly and were up to date on their policies my poor client wouldn’t have had to wait this long for some answers.
