Never had any issues here. Yes it gets busy but they always move quickly to get people out as fast as they can.
I've tried coming here a handful of times now and I've received the exact same, terrible service every time. Understaffed or overstaffed but sitting around uselessly, the receptionist is blunt and rude, and I sit here watching other staff members on their phones together, giggling and having fun while all the rooms are full. It doesn't take hours to draw blood. I will not return and waste hours just to sit around and watch people not do their jobs.
I used to go get my blood test for the past three years there but last time the Indian lady who took my blood test was very unprofessional and she was very disrespectful with the way she’s talking to me I don’t think I will ever go back there
Friendly and helpful staff, do not be fooled by the online booking. It is a complete scam to make you believe the wait time can be reduced. Booked online stated 25 min, arrived at the lab and the time was showing 10 min, took 90 min to get called. They put you in the queue based on when you arrive and check in - which is fair. Stop be fraudulant and advertising or giving the impression with online booking that it is different. Realistic posted wait times would also be nice.
