I used to go get my blood test for the past three years there but last time the Indian lady who took my blood test was very unprofessional and she was very disrespectful with the way she’s talking to me I don’t think I will ever go back there
Friendly and helpful staff, do not be fooled by the online booking. It is a complete scam to make you believe the wait time can be reduced. Booked online stated 25 min, arrived at the lab and the time was showing 10 min, took 90 min to get called. They put you in the queue based on when you arrive and check in - which is fair. Stop be fraudulant and advertising or giving the impression with online booking that it is different. Realistic posted wait times would also be nice.
Always efficient and as fast as they can be
Girlfriend came home still bleeding from getting bloodwork. Has been giving blood regularly for the last 10 years and has never been in this much pain. The other techs around her were also messing up others ivs specifically kids. Definitely don’t waste your time. I know usually we would be good to go to the closest lab. From now on I recommend vetting which lab you go to because the pain is almost unbearable for her. Absolutely unacceptable, poor practice, do better.
Horrendous experience at the blood lab. I am bruised over a week later from getting my blood drawn. I've never had someone press down so hard on the needle, it hurt immediately as she started it. I left in tears. The fact this happened in a medical setting is so unsettling and goes to show no one cares about the wellbeing of the patients. Aside from that, I was called and waited in the chair to get my blood taken for over 30 minutes. No one checked up on me, or let me know why it was taking so long.
