I had a blood test done last week in Room 105 with a technician whose name I believe is spelled Zumme. and unfortunately, it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at this location. I visited two weeks prior for the same procedure, and that appointment was smooth, quick, and professional (can’t remember who did my appointment this day). Took my 18 month old son to get bloodwork done and we were greeted at the front desk by Ersilia. She then sat us in one of the cubicles and came to take my son’s blood. She was incredible. So kind and calm which made me feel at ease. She got my son’s blood in 1 shot. She’s the best
This location has lost my dad’s blood test results twice, which is completely unacceptable. We made sure he went 2 weeks before his doctor’s appointment so the results would be ready on time. Yet again, the doctor’s office never received them. When they contacted the lab, they blamed my senior father for not doing the test, which is simply untrue. He went there, gave his blood, and all of that was for nothing. This kind of error causes unnecessary stress and delays in his treatment. This needs to be fixed immediately!
Its my own fault. Delayed getting pre endo appointment blood work and a statutory holiday before my appointment. What I didnt know is TMC allows customers to hold there place in line before they arrive? They dont show on the booking screen till they arrive. So I headed into a 3 hour wait as a walkin. Great service just dont go there without an appointment.
It was around 3pm with busy traffic, but I was in and out within 15 minutes. My blood test was done fast, and the guy doing it was talking to me to keep me distracted from it. Doctor had my results in 3 days.
