7400 for the urine test. Scam still going strong
FRAUD! They charged me $10,000 for a urine test completed at Florida Pain Relief Group. They refuse to send me an itemized bill for the charges. If you live in Florida, it is illegal according to bipartisan law passed in 2015 called “Surprise Billing” the in-network provider MUST pay any balance due for completing labs done at an out of network facility when the doctor is in network. I have contacted the attorney general in addition because this company is participating in illegal activity.
They are after me now for 17,000 for 3 drug screens that were done at the Dr's office, all of that was dated for the same day. While my pain Dr. was in network, the facility, anesthesiologist (1 dose of prop), and this DNA place were not in network, so 1 shot of cortizone to the spine costs a grand total of 30k. We are currently in appeals now, United Health wants evidence of charges.
The worst medical experience I ever had! they made me wait almost 3 hours, I needed to stay for insurance purposes, when I was finally seen, urine test was done and vitals were taken, THAT IT, The doctor didn't even examine me, just read my MRI's report and wanted me to schedule for a procedure and I said that I would get back to him after discussing it with my husband.
