This review is being made on behalf of my mother. She had an appointment there in which she needed a translator. The woman that translated for her was demeaning, arrogant, visibly frustrated and miserable when assisting my mother. She treated my mother like crap and gave her attitude as if she was the one in charge of the conversation.
