Had my first iron infusion here and was very impressed with professionalism and courtesy given by the staff. Made me feel very comfortable and explained the process from beginning to end. Thank you to Subbu who made feel at ease and made the booking-in process so easy. Highly recommended 👍
Such lovely staff, my nurse Subbu was absolutely amazing and so considerate. Having never had an infusion before I was quite nervous but he explained every step and didn't rush me at all. I felt very heard and safe during the whole process, couldn't recommend them more!

The staff and facilities are fantastic. My iron infusion was easy, thanks to the extreme care, professionalism, and friendly nature of Subbu. Comfortable chairs, soft music, and a cup of tea were all included in the treatment. Thank you, Subbu and Medical Infusions Australia.
This was the best choice for my daughter to come to to get her Iron infusion, considering she has fear and anxiety with getting needles. They took time and gave care and patience needed to successfully complete her iron infusion. She could please herself if she would like to lay down or sit up. They took their patients comfort and needs extremely serious. Well worth the small amount of money spent.
