I was very impressed with everything about this imaging business . I rang for an appointment at 11.30 am a booked in for 1.10 . I went straight in had a brain CT scan and a cervical X-ray and was and out by 1.23 . WOW The ladies on the reception desk were amazing , Very feminine, caring and professional and nothing was a problem for them.The CT scan lady and the gentlemen that did my X-ray were also very professional and caring people. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing there services ,
For a 10am appointment i was 10 mins early and they had me finished just after 10am and all bulk billed. If your Dr gives you a choice go here.
I had to have an ultrasound on my pelvis and the lovely reception asked if I was fine with a male sono, which I was. Reza was so cautious, considerate, nice and explained everything as he was going. Great experience! I also witnessed the receptionist going above and beyond for another patient to fit them in urgently which was so lovely to see!
If you need a Cortisone injection into your joint or bursae, read on! I have a very painful shoulder that requires surgery, but I'm trying to delay it as long as possible, and the Cortisone definitely helps. This practice ticks all the boxes; the procedure is usually excruciating. This is my second visit today, and Dr. David Chadban was absolutely fantastic—very gentle with little pain.
