I just had the worst experience at HMC Imaging. I was early for my appointment after fasting since the day before. Waiting and waiting for a CT scan. People being called back before me who arrived after me. After 45 minutes, I went to the desk to ask when I would be called back. She told me I’m next. Three more people are called, so I ask again to find out that they never hit the “check in” button for radiology, so the radiologist never knew I was there. They weren’t busy. This has to be the longest wait for result for a simple X-ray I have ever experienced in my past 20 some years. I have used their service for an bone fracture issues twice. The result has always been almost the next day or 2 max. Now, 4 days.. they said they have not even been "processed" I asked what that means.. It means it has no even been given to resident physician to read the Xray! That has to take place first before sending to my doctor. I was given an appointment for a CT scan today June 16th at 3:15. I was called in for the 10 minute scan just after 5:00. No explanation, no apology. While checking in, the clerks asked questions that were clearly on my doctor's order. I was able to release some frustration by demanding one of the clerks to lower the volume of her country music. The whole experience was unaccectable.
Competent and Compassionate! Alberto Manero, the manager, went above and beyond with my care. The X-ray techs were excellent also! Thank you for all your assistance, support, and making me feel like I matter ❤️ I definitely recommend using Hunterdon Imaging!
