It was a nice looking facility with a wonderful receptionist by the name of Jennifer who combined professionalism and compassion which I find wonderful. The MRI techs Karina & Jennifer very helpful and easy to relate to. Unfortunately the Cadiac MRI was very difficult, but the team did everything they could to create the best experience. I highly recommend! THANK YOU!
I have had THREE MRI's with and without contrast. I never waited more than five minutes if I got there with ten minutes until the scan time. They are super-efficient. Jennifer (the scheduler) is really nice. and very accommodating. I had an appointment one year ago, and she trusted me to get the order from the doctor. I could not because he was belligerent and not really understanding of my ENT history (he is not a neurotologist).
