I had recently my renal ultrasound here but their measurements were not correct also there is a cyst in my kidney (small and simple though) but they could not catch it!!!!!! I had to go for a complete abdomen ultrasound two weeks later in Sterling and they found my kidney cyst there. I will never come here again.
I didn't know this place is apart of the Reston Hospital, there were no signage indicating any affiliation. This facility name is very misleading to customers and my bill for xrays reflect services from Reston Hospital, in which i didn't enter the hospital. The lack of informing unsuspecting customers is the problem along with the charges that are very expensive. I need assistance with resolving this issue. I feel victimize by this the misleading name Reston Medical Imaging Center and from the Reston Hospital...
Had my X-rays read by Reston Radiology, who billed Medicare and my secondary insurance. Never got a bill from Reston Radiology for small amount due, but instead got notice from a debt collector. I paid the bill (as I always do), but wondered why it had to go this far, and could this mishap have affected my credit rating. We have been to this location several times and they have been incredibly helpful and understanding. The gentleman that runs the desk has helped me twice now quickly and efficiently get squared away and taken care of. The staff has also been friendly and professional.
The best place I have been to for mammogram. Very courteous staff
