I’ve been to Reston Imaging many times. They are top notch and very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I want to especially give thanks to David Wilson at the front desk who goes out of his way to help me and is just the kindest man. Having to get radiology scans is not always a pleasant experience but David at least makes you feel better about having to be there! The whole staff is terrific.
The worst. Went here because Fairfax Radiology was taking so long with their reports. Going back to FRC. The staff at FRC are so much better then the staff at Reston Radiology. Having one last scan here then hopefully never to return.
Dealing with them is so terrible. They don't do same day appointments, don't like your order, you can't send them your order to prove the things they want aren't on it, can't reach internal departments to ask them questions about your order, and won't even call your doctor to get them to fix the order and tell you to call them and fix it when you know nothing about this and you aren't the one rejecting the order for ridiculous reasons.
KIMBERLY and Dr Rao are absolute professionals. I was nervous and their kindness and reassurance was a gift from the heavens!!
