KIMBERLY and Dr Rao are absolute professionals. I was nervous and their kindness and reassurance was a gift from the heavens!!
I had recently my renal ultrasound here but their measurements were not correct also there is a cyst in my kidney (small and simple though) but they could not catch it!!!!!! I had to go for a complete abdomen ultrasound two weeks later in Sterling and they found my kidney cyst there. I will never come here again.
I didn't know this place is apart of the Reston Hospital, there were no signage indicating any affiliation. This facility name is very misleading to customers and my bill for xrays reflect services from Reston Hospital, in which i didn't enter the hospital. The lack of informing unsuspecting customers is the problem along with the charges that are very expensive. I need assistance with resolving this issue. I feel victimize by this the misleading name Reston Medical Imaging Center and from the Reston Hospital...
