I had a head CT done at Baptist Clay. My Dr needed it done ASAP since my migraines symptoms changed out of no where. They got me in within less than an hour. No wait time. By the time I drove there they got me in. I got my results within a few hours. They were super fast and the staff were nice.

This has to do with the procedure of scheduling my sonogram. My doctor appointment was this morning here it is 3 o’clock, and I have not received a call to schedule my sonogram. So I called the imaging department and proceeded to be on hold for 12 minutes. I finally did get scheduled for three days out, but I could have easily taken this to another imaging center, and probably gotten this taken care of in less time. I know this because I have in the past. Next time I will take the order somewhere else.

As others have said, the entrance and check in is extremely confusing—you have to enter where it says “EMERGENCY” and check in after the metal detector. I was pretty irritated with the wait time. There was quite literally no other patient in the building except for me at 6:45am on a Saturday morning. I waited for 30min before heading back to the reception to ask if she had checked me in properly—she just blinked and said “wow you’re still waiting?!”Not sure if this is because the weekend crew is not very familiar with the jo... read more
