I have never had a professional office call me and ask me to do their job. The office called saying that the doctor told them not to call again and they were yelled at by the PACT Urgent care facility, I called to get what imaging needed, I had to call back to get a new order sent, finally I received a text telling me to call and schedule the appointment. Service was quicker than expected.
Lees Hill Imaging has some of the most caring staff. The wait times are a little past your time of arrival, but once you go back, you only wait for about 15 more minutes. They had lockers to put your personal items in during your procedure. They also give you a card with all the names of the staff who helped you, which is nice to have when they send out the survey about a month later. I wish they would send the survey out sooner so that the staff coukd get more positive reviews and the accolades they have coming to them. The... read more
I had an ultrasound done here on my kidney the other day.I’d like to thank the receptionists and my ultrasound technician Carlos for the exceptional service and care that I received. I had a wonderful conversation with my ultrasound technician Carlos. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He mentioned that he had over 25 years experience. I highly recommend Lees Hill Medical Imaging….. See you at Publix Carlos. Muchas Gracias
Worst hospital…I went to an urgent care near my home and they referred me to this hospital to get an X-ray and either a splint or a case to put on but they didn’t do either. The only thing they did was take an X-ray and sent me home without any actual help or treatment plan. I have yet to receive any information about my images as well, I do not recommend this hospital because they don’t help the people who are hurt and seeking immediate medical treatment.
