A family member had an MRI here earlier today. People are first rate and processes / tools are effective and modern. Online check in was easy, too.
Simone, the x-ray tech, was outstanding. Very processional, competent and friendly. Every time I have visited this office, it has been a great experience. Anastasia, the registration rep., was also very friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Had to come in to get a sonogram on my thyroid. Took like 20 minutes registration (Aisha) very nice. Technologist *Marla pleasant. Thank you for being so kind
If I could give no stars I would. Scheduled a mamo, went in , always had some issues with one breast but when she asked i said I have some sharp pains off and on in that same breast. Well she proceeded to tell me we'll we need to cancel this appointment and reschedule you for a sonogram and exam and we don't do that here.. well I'm sorry I just came out in this rain and I've had issues since my first mamo at 25 yrs old , always had a mammogram and if anything changes they Schedule a sonogram. Staff exist and appointments mean nothing when they call everyone that arrived after us and when you ask how much longer you get a rude response. If you unfortunately end up here run. It’s not worth I’ll deal with the traffic to go to the one at the hospital it’s faster service and nicer people.
