They took 3 weeks to read the results. I had already seen my doctor and had the surgery before they even submitted the radiology report so why the hell am I getting billed for a "too late" read??? Plus I push 1 for english to be transferred to someone that I can't understand because they don't speak english???

If I could give no stars, I would. My experience echoes many of these other reviews. Insurance info was wrong despite getting the info from my hospital (which they have correct) and even when this info provided, the claims were never sent to my insurance company. Sent to collections THE VERY DAY that I called to see why no claims had been sent and to verify insurance info. Told it can take "45 days" for new claim to process.
