I have been unfortunate enough to have two encounters with them. The first time they messaged me that I owed them money, and I was dumb enough to pay them before realizing that they hadn't billed my insurance. They did refund me, but then they pulled the same trick the second time, billing for the full amount, saying I had no insurance on the date of service. I will avoid dealing with these scam artists in the future.
This company is THE WORST to work with. I’ve been trying to work with them for a billion years from 2023 that I thought was paid until the end of 2024. We went back and forth trying to figure things out and I was told not to worry about the bill 2-3 times and to let them reach out to the insurance just to come and find out I was sent to collections. Never went to the Dr., never used MIA... They are billing me for someone else and have been investigating what happened since 2023. I called, they still don't have proof I used their service, but they sent the charges to collections... I called again, they said they will take back charges from collections and continue to review where the charges came from.
