Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I’m really disappointed with my experience at this practice. Doc showed zero compassion, patience or empathy, which is the absolute minimum you’d expect from anyone in the medical field. His attitude made him seem completely unfit for such a noble profession, and honestly, it made me wonder if he should even be practising. Dr. Adrian and all the nurses were very kind and attentive. They made my hospital visit feel comfortable
I had a deeply distressing and uncertain experience when my daughter fell ill and we visited Dr. Adrian Wu at the clinic. He conducted a swab test and diagnosed her with a viral infection and an ear infection. However, after the diagnosis, he did not prescribe any medication. The next day, my daughter’s condition worsened significantly, and we sought a second opinion from another doctor.
