Dr Ben is great!
Very bad customer service, I attended the clinic today and booked 1 for a short consultation, but when I showed up at the clinic and was advised by the receptionist that they change my appointment to a long one without informing me. When I asked why you didn’t inform the patient before changing and instead of apologizing she says that it’s not her fault. Communication is the key guys! Dated 11 July 2025.
I had a similar negative experience to some of the other bad reviews of feeling rushed. Something to note is they did not endeavor to contact me via email after i went overseas about abnormal test results so i didn't find out for 9 months. They have a policy where they cant email you but i am an rmit student so it would have been very easy to do this. I wanted to ask about concern but didn't feel i had an opportunity to discuss it. I am now going to pay to see someone else even though this is a free service for rmit students... read more
