I contacted Dr. Talis's office for home services for my mom. First, I met him via Facetime. The meeting left me with the bitter-sweet feelings. The doctor seemed snobby. Then I met him in person, and the meeting was great. He is a very thorough doctor. However, his manager, Lena has very unprofessional manner of customer service. My father has been Dr. Talis's patient for many years, and this fact alone speaks volumes. All his medical needs are addressed thoroughly and, what is extremely important, with no delays. As a daughter and a health agent for my dad at a very advanced age, I have to contact Dr. Talis's office quite often. NONE of my concerns has ever been ignored.
