Don't do business with this company. They are a fraud. If I had the chance to give 1 star I would do it. My father ordered a reclining chair from them, very high price in the first place. However, we did not check the chair as I have other stuff to do in my life. In about 3 days of using it the chair broke, he actually felt from the chair and got hurt. It is a pleasure to speak with kind, courteous human beings at a hard time requiring various equipment you don’t really want, but need. Thank you all for all you do, and for trying NOT to have machines provide customer service.
I did not have a great experience with this company. I used them twice: to deliver a recliner chair and later to rent a hospital bed. While I was still in the hospital, my friend ordered me the recliner to help with my recovery. The cost was $175/month. After 2 months I called to arrange pick up. Between our 2 schedules it took a few days to come up with a mutually acceptible pick up date. They then charged me another $175.00. Good afternoon Google family. This company was recommended to me by Lankenau Hospital. Very efficient. The driver called me before delivery to ensure that I would be home. Then they delivered all of my mother's equipment for her return home tomorrow. Rysheem was the employee. Rysheem was the driver who delivered my mom's equipment, a bed, oxygen, a table and a generator. Rysheem was very friendly and very efficient. Rysheem explained everything to me.
