Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
I owned my hearing aids & charger for about 1 year. Both Julia, my teck & Sarah have been & are very warm, welcoming, efficient & efficient. My problem is both my aids & charger have been not performing well. When working properly they super enhance my hearing experience! Today I brought both aids & charger in to store. Julia checked both out & found both defective & quoted about 2 wks to send out, & return to me. 2 weeks to repair aids & charger is an eternity. Totally unsatisfactory. Julia and Suzanne are knowledgeable, beyond helpful, and warmly accommodating. Due to insurance changes (ha!) we had to do a bit of shopping but Julia found the right hearing aids in my price range. They were promptly delivered and I'm very happy. Kudos to a great team!
