Charge 150.00 for a dot card plus lab work charges just got off phone so either there trying scam non insurance clients because there moving april4th or something is not kosher with um when do you need lab work for dot card you test suger and other things drug screen if company requests it but this is a joke
My family has been going here for 11 years. They were recently bought out by another medical company or merged with one. They never notified me of the change! When I called to make my three month appointment, I got a call service and I was told of the change and was told they no longer accept my insurance! Nothing like cutting off your patients with no warning! My daughter ended up going to an Urgent Care facillity because they wouldn't see her when she called. And, she was sick! Shame on Medical Health Group!
