I love having a competent, caring doctor who is female and understands female concerns. It is wonderful to be able to get an appointment quickly, sometimes even same day, and the all-female staff is friendly and personable. It almost feels like spa-day when I go for medical reasons, which makes the experience a lot more fun and uplifting. My only complaint is being put on hold for way too long when I call to make an appointment. I've been a faithful client since 2010.
Horrible! I was the only patient in waiting room, got put into a room to wait for dr. After over an hour of waiting, I walked out and made an appointment elsewhere. They "forgot" I was there. Very unprofessional.
