Dr Bencie was great until he started having this new guy, Ralph see his patients. He is a total joke and just wants to get you out of the room. My mom told him about pain in her ovaries and his response was to feel her hips then tell her she's fine. He is a joke and if Bencie wants to pawn his patients off to this clown, my mom will be switching doctors. A few years ago, I praised this office and made many recommendations to family and friends. I don't know who, how or why customer care has dropped so low. Getting a live person on the phone is rare. Leaving a message to call you back is mute unless you are available at the precise moment they call back and they call the number you gave them, but then again staff has 48 hours to call you back.
