I absolutely love Dr. Ross and the staff. They are all very kind, explain every thing so well and don't hesitate or get annoyed when you ask questions. I recommend them to everyone if they are thinking about weight loss surgery.

1 star because their medical/surgical services are well done (according to existing reviews and friends' recommendations). However, their non-medical/non-invasive services for weight loss are a disgrace. Their incompetency and unprofessionalism is baffling. Besides, on my first evaluation and second visits, I felt the mere number I am amongst their patients. At the end of July my PCP sent a referral to the office from there the process was quick and easy. I had my first appointment with Dr Ross and I knew then I was comfortable taking this journey with him. I had my Surgery 12-4-23 and I haven't regretted it at all. I'm thankful for Dr Ross and all of the staff! The knowledge they offer will set you up for a successful journey with your new tool!

Dr.Ross did my surgery 3 years ago. I found Dr. Ross to be very Kind, Compassionate, and Professional. I highly recommend him. I knew exactly what to expect before, during and after surgery. The staff was informative and helpful through the entire weight loss experience. I followed every step as they instructed me as best as possible and was successful in my weight loss.
