I recently visited this office and wanted to share my thoughts on the patient experience. While the medical care itself seemed adequate, I believe there's room for improvement in the way the office staff interacts with patients. From my perspective, a friendlier and more empathetic approach would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere. I called today to try to get an appointment for my father, who has recently moved to the area and has congestive heart failure. Humana, the company that he is insured with said Dr. Friday was accepting new patients. After calling the office, I found out that the closest appointment was two months away. The receptionist, very rude said there were other offices that had appoitments available soonerer but would not take the time to tell me were and what the phone number was, instead she insisted that I had to get my 80 year old... read more
