I can’t say enough nice things about this practice! Dr Friday and Emily, NP are so knowledgeable, kind and listen to all concerns, big or small. The receptionists, nurses, phlebotomists and lab staff always have a smile and truly care for their patients. Thank you for taking care of me!

I recently visited this office and wanted to share my thoughts on the patient experience. While the medical care itself seemed adequate, I believe there's room for improvement in the way the office staff interacts with patients. From my perspective, a friendlier and more empathetic approach would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere. I called today to try to get an appointment for my father, who has recently moved to the area and has congestive heart failure. Humana, the company that he is insured with said Dr. Friday was accepting new patients. After calling the office, I found out that the closest appointment was two months away.
