Was referred here in September from the Emergency Room so the doctor could get me a referral for a procedure I needed when I was very sick. Never saw a doctor during my appointment, just an NP. Was charged almost $300 and was never given the referral. It is now almost December and I just today received a call to schedule the procedure. I am better now, not sure why they would think I still need it. Do better for the sake of your patients.
