I wild like to explain the situation not just some quick lie most likely posted by one of their friends or something along those lines. I can prove that this happens with recordings records and their own contradictions. The people scheduling are clearly entitled and are in a hurry. When you challenged them they hang up on you . I have been going to Kim for long and she is wonderful. I have so much anixity seeing Doctors but never her. She listens and always take care of me and my issues. She is an example of what all medical personnel can do if you just take a little time. Thank you Kim Nagel.

This office takes days to respond so it can take longer to get in. It's hard to get an appointment because when you call during office hours the voicemail comes on and says the office is closed and you'll have to call back, so it can be pretty hard to just call to schedule an appointment. The minute clinic/urgent Care or anywhere may be faster. So you might want to consider your options🤔

Worst service I have ever experienced in 50 years! Took a day and a half just for a call back just for them to say oh well send your prescription out today. The last day I can take the pill other wise it does no good and they know this they told me! No prescription sent out and they all Left early at 4:15 just great!!! Time to find another provider go elsewhere unless you like being neglected!
