Dr. Luis is the worst doctor ever. He talks to patients with an attitude and raises his hand in the air. He does not have any type of manners whatsoever and doesn’t care about what I had to say or how I felt.

Mi cita era a las 10.15, me atendió el médico tres horas después. El médico súper grosero. Quería una mujer, y eso fue lo que puse. Me atendió un hombre groserísimo que no me hizo ni una pregunta, que me hizo llorar, que me trató brusco. Un médico para verlo mirar una pantalla y que no me haga ninguna pregunta. Si pudiera poner cero estrellas lo haría. Con dolor esperé tres horas en una salsa de espera llena, no había dónde sentarse. Esperé afuera a cero grados centígrados. Cuando llaman a la gente no se escucha.

I was informed that the letter would take only a few days because the clinic needed to wait for her blood test results—no more than three days.
