My doctors are great
Absolutely unacceptable experience. It took over three weeks to receive my test results, which is an unreasonable delay when you’re actually unwell and relying on timely medical care. During that time, I was left completely in the dark with no communication or urgency shown. To make things worse, the doctor responsible for my follow-up went on holiday, and then failed to show up to my scheduled appointment altogether. No proper handover, no accountability, nothing. Everything was done professionally and visit was quick and actually before booked time.
I have the need to talk to a doctor every 4 weeks. Ever since I've been coming here i've found doctors and reception staff will bend over backwards to assist. Very efficient. Will definitely return. Oh wait this isn't a restaurant review ..... but I will return
