Jason Hodges was highly recommended to me but I had reservations due to the pain and instability of my spine. After the first day of him assessing my problems I have had unbelievable improvement and strength without medication. I am able to resume the activities I thought were gone forever. He understands the body, movement and wellness.
I shall be forever grateful to Jason and his staff for helping me get back on track with exercise during a difficult time in my life. He was genuinely caring and proactively engaged in my recovery from a repetitive motion injury, which motivated me to do the necessary work. He and his associates gave me exercises I’m still doing a year after moving from Katy. Going to his gym is one of the best investments I’ve ever made, and it’s really improved my quality of life. I never thought I’d say this but I miss going to the gym!
Jason Hodge the owner is the personal trainer that worked with me. Not only does he listen he is so knowledgeable of the logical and idiosyncratic bio mechanics In the human body that his subtle modifications of sometimes simple movements addressed my concerns completely. He has done the same for others I’ve recommended to him.
One of my neighbors had the same long term pain in the same area as I did (my shoulder) and a month later I asked him how it was, he said it was 100%. I asked him to set me up with who ever he went to. That was Jason from Medical Fitness Pros. I had my free consultation with Jason and he had me do some very simple stretches. Medical Fitness Pros and Mindy are outstanding! She has really helped me regain my strength and flexibility and reduced my pain, along with teaching me techniques I can do at home. Plus Mindy is very funny! Great experience, highly recommend!!
