I’m currently attending the 3-week Leadership Academy at MFA and already feel more confident, inspired, and ready to make a difference. Every speaker and corporate leader has been incredibly knowledgeable and extremely supportive, leaving a lasting impression. This program truly changed my perspective and equipped me with the tools to lead effectively.
MFA as a whole isn’t a bad company , I do think a thorough investigation of facilities and employees should be had though. One of the higher members of MFA is very rude , belittling , and hard to work for . Linda Myers is very rude , condescending to workers and reminds workers how they don’t matter at all , it’s all about the residents. Which would be fine if pertained to the well being of the residents. Working for this facility would not be a go to , and as for having family members go to a facility through them . I have worked for MFA for 7 years. It's rare to find a company that listens to its employees and provides for facility moral events, so working for MFA has been a great experience.
I have worked for the company for over 20 years and never left because we work as a team and a family. If you think about it we spend more time with our work family than our home family. There is no other place id rather call family than MFA.
I've been with this company for 3 years, and I can honestly say it's been an incredible experience. The team is supportive, the leadership is approachable, and there's a real sense of community and purpose in everything we do.
