I cannot speak on all the corporate employees, however, the ones that I had to deal with had never sat in my chair in any of their facilities. Yet, they demand unrealistic expectations. They would rather let a loyal, devoted employee go, rather than offer the necessary education and/or proper training. If I could give -5/5, I would. Re: Facility in Fayetteville, NC 1. Some of the 5-star reviews are from employees or employee spouse - same uncommon last name. Therefore, the rating is artificially inflated. 2. If you can’t be there with the patient 24/7, do NOT leave your family member or friend there. 3. Leadership failures trickle all the way down and have a negative impact on patient care. 4.
